Jenna is an Associate Attorney with a background in criminal defense, legal research, and client advocacy. Before joining the firm, she served as a Law Clerk with the Cuyahoga County Public Defender, where she researched and drafted complex motions, including motions to suppress, briefs in opposition, motions related to judicial release, and jail-time credit. She also worked closely with clients, assisted with trial preparation and discovery, and developed case timelines involving critical facts and evidence.
Her prior experience includes serving as a student clinician with Cleveland State University's Pretrial Justice Clinic, where she conducted jail visits, prepared client memoranda, and represented clients at initial bond hearings. She also gained experience with the Federal Public Defender's Capital Habeas Unit, researching complex constitutional and criminal justice issues, including innocence claims, Brady post-trial issues, due process violations, and competency requirements.
Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences with a concentration in Communication from Cleveland State University.
