The resolution actually exceeded my expectations.
I retained Patituce & Associates to handle a traffic matter for my son in Parma Municipal Court. Attys. Catherine Meehan and Aaron Schwartz helped on the case. The office was in regular contact with key updates as the case progressed, and I always felt that my son was in good hands. Atty. Schwartz arrived promptly to court and had the case resolved quickly. The resolution actually exceeded my expectations. As an attorney of 28 years myself, I had a number of choices when it came to helping my family. I chose Patituce & Associates and, when it matters, so should you. Thanks, again.

Grateful for the outcome and support
I don’t typically leave many reviews, but some time has passed to really delve into the positive effects that have occurred since Attorney Cate Purdum took on my case, that in the moments of waiting and getting done what was required, can easily be overlooked when the now mentality becomes the forerunner of the experience when such services are needed. Without going too much into sensitive information, I will try to share a little about the help I received in regards to an incident that required myself to be separated from my family for about three months. During this time, the services of Patituce & Associates were acquired; Cate drove out to meet with me to help ease any discomfort and kept mostly in contact with me when necessary, though, I would have much preferred more updates or a general hello to remind me I wasn’t forgotten, but this was likely a situational feeling due to the separation. The judge we had was extremely strict and wanted certain requirements to be completed now, but due to time restraints and the order of which things could be done and when they could be done, we had to be patient and file for motions of continuance. As this was happening, Cate, and at one point, one of her colleagues, would meet with the prosecutor and myself at each court date with necessary evidence, updates, and advocacy and go before the judge; the charge against me would have been a felony and time served. Though the case was not dismissed, the charge was dropped to a minor misdemeanor with the ability to expunge the verdict from my record after six months, something I plan to do in the future, and no probation. I’m very grateful for the work put into my case, and for the length, as it gave everyone time to do what they needed and gave me time to receive the therapy I wasn’t ever really able to undergo to heal and learn from childhood trauma and the likes. I’m happy to text, that due to this work we all put in, I have now established two jobs without any issue and I am able to confidently and courageously volunteer within my community and be a growing mother and companion to my family. You have my sincerest thanks, Patituce & Associates. With much respect, J. Bright

    Absolutely amazing!!
We are in the beginning stages of our case. Unfortunately, my loved one accrued an additional misdemeanor in an adjoining county. Update - Now that everything is concluded, I had to up my rating. Rachelle Smith brilliantly handled our case, and the police were trying to railroad my boyfriend, and Rachelle went to bat for him. Absolutely amazing!! Would definitely recommend if anything happened to arise, I already know who I'm calling. Thanks again.
