We filed a motion to suppress on our client’s behalf arguing that the trooper engaged in improper conduct, that the trooper failed to administer field sobriety tests, and that other violations required the case be dismissed. The trial court agreed with us and threw out the entire case.

On remand, Patituce secured suppression of evidence. On the second appeal, the 5th District agreed, and Mr. Reynolds had his case dismissed, reversing a 20-plus-year sentence.
